CONTEXT
Skillbuild is a Registered Training Organisation delivering accredited programmes across renewable energy, battery storage systems and grid-connected installations. With 8,000 participants trained over 16 years and six centres across Australia, they are the largest provider in their sector.
Skillbuild had outgrown their existing setup. Course updates were slow to implement, the site was not performing well on search, and the team needed a more responsive way to manage their web presence.
The Strategic Shift
The rebuild focused on two things: getting courses in front of people immediately, and giving Skillbuild full control of their own site. Courses are the revenue engine, so the homepage leads with them. Clearly categorised. Easy to navigate. Direct enrolment pathways throughout.
Credibility signals are built into the structure rather than added as an afterthought. RTO registration, years of experience and participant numbers appear where they support a decision. Updates now happen over email, completed within a day. No meetings. No agency dependency. No waiting.

We saw our enrolments double after Solana built our new website and did the SEO work. Our previous website administrators continually wanted meetings.
