Our previous website administrators continually wanted ‘meetings’; we are so busy we have appreciated just emailing Solana regarding changes and she does it within a day and emails us confirmation. Our website is unusual as it has to updated with new courses and information. We would absolutely recommend Solana to other organisations. She is competent, pro-active and aware of cyber security issues. If she is challenged by a request her response is “I’ll work it out” and she does.
